Ingredients for 10 servings:
1. 5 medium tomatoes, thinly sliced
2. 1 medium red onion, thinly sliced
3. 1 (6 ounce) package crumbled feta cheese with dried basil and tomato
4. 1 (2 1/4 ounce) can sliced ripe olives, drained
5. 1/2 cup olive oil
6. 1/4 cup red wine vinegar
7. 1 tablespoon dried oregano
Directions:
1. On a serving platter, layer tomatoes and onion.
2. Top with feta cheese and olives.
3. In a jar with a tight fitting lid, combine the oil, vinegar and oregano; shake well.
4. Drizzle over salad.
5. Serve with a slotted spoon.
