Ingredients:

1 1/2 Sun-Dried Tomatoes
1 Onion
1 Celery
2 Garlic Cloves
36 Whole Tomatoes
2/3 Tomatoes
1 Other Dry White Wine
1 1/2 Dried Fennel Seed
1/2 Basil
1/2 Oregano
Pepper

Directions:

Salt to taste Place all ingredients in crock pot and cook on low for 6-8 hours.
Note: You can add mushrooms if desired.
