Ingredients for 1 servings:
1. 1/2 cup butter or 1/2 cup margarine
2. 1 cup packed brown sugar
3. 2 cups quick-cooking rolled oats (20 minutes)
4. 1/2 teaspoon salt
5. 1 teaspoon baking powder
Directions:
1. Combine butter or margarine and sugar in a sauce pot.
2. Cook and stir until butter melts.
3. Add in the remaining ingredients, mix well.
4. Pour into a greased 9×7-inch brownie pan.
5. Bake at 350°F for 20-25 minutes.
6. Cool, and then cut into squares.
