Ingredients for 6 servings:
1. 1 1/2 cups chopped celery
2. 3 tablespoons chopped onions
3. 1/4 cup butter
4. 3 1/2 cups corn, fresh or frozen
5. 1 cup raw rice, cooked
6. 3 cups grated cheddar cheese (12 ounces)
7. 1 1/2 cups milk
8. 1 teaspoon salt
9. 1/8 teaspoon paprika
Directions:
1. Saute celery and onion in butter for about 5 minutes.
2. Mix with remaining ingredients and place in a buttered 2 quart casserole.
3. Cover and bake at 300 degrees for 1 hour.
