Ingredients for 1 servings:
1. 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
2. 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter (would also be good with crunchy peanut butter)
3. 1 teaspoon vanilla
4. 3 -3 1/2 cups powdered sugar
5. 2 tablespoons milk or 2 tablespoons cream
Directions:
1. Mix together cream cheese and peanut butter with mixer until smooth.
2. Add vanilla and powdered sugar, 1 cup at a time, along with the milk or cream and beat until spreading consistency.
3. (I used only 3 cups powdered sugar and 2-3 tbsp. of milk).
4. Spread on cooled cake.
