Oatmeal Cranberry Cookies

Ingredients for 1 servings:
1. 1 cup all-purpose flour
2. 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
3. 1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg
4. 1 teaspoon baking soda
5. 1/2 teaspoon salt
6. 3/4 cup craisins
7. 2 cups rolled oats
8. 3/4 cup packed brown sugar
9. 1/2 cup white sugar
10. 3/4 cup butter or 3/4 cup margarine, softened
11. 1 egg, slightly beaten
12. 1 teaspoon vanilla

Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
2. Line cookie sheets with parchment paper.
3. Mix all dry ingredients into large mixing bowl.
4. Use your hands to thoroughly mix.
5. Mix in butter, egg and vanilla.
6. Mix until completely blended, you will need to use your hands.
7. Shape into balls the size of walnuts.
8. Place on a parchment lined cookie sheets 2 inches apart.
9. Bake for 11 to 13 minutes in preheated oven, or until edges are lightly browned.
10. Cool 5 minutes on cookie sheet.
11. Transfer cookies to wire racks to finish cooling.
