Ingredients for 4 servings:
1. 1 1/2 lbs baby portabella mushrooms, washed and sliced
2. 4 tablespoons butter
3. 6 garlic cloves, chopped
4. 1 cup heavy cream
5. 1 cup white wine
6. 4 tablespoons parsley, finely chopped
7. salt, to taste
8. parmesan cheese
Directions:
1. Melt the butter over medium heat in large sauté pan, add the mushrooms and cook for about 15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
2. Add the minced garlic and cook for another 3 minutes.
3. Add the white wine and cook for another 5 minutes.
4. Add the cream, reduce to a simmer and cook for about 5 minutes.
5. Add salt to taste.
6. Mix the chopped parsley with the sauce and Parmesan cheese.
7. Serve over meat or pasta.
