Ingredients for 12 servings:
1. 1 lb elbow macaroni
2. 3 scallions
3. 2 carrots
4. 3 celery ribs
5. 1/8 cup honey
6. 1 tablespoon curry powder
7. 1 1/2 cups mayonnaise
8. 1 teaspoon sea salt
9. 1 tablespoon fresh cracked pepper
Directions:
1. cook 1 pound elbow macaroni al dente in sea salt — drain and rinse in cold water.
2. in a large bowl — add noodles, sea salt, fresh cracked pepper,juiliened carrots,celery, curry powder,honey, mayonnaise and scallions — mix well.
3. chill for 1 hour.
