Ingredients for 2 servings:
1. 2 chicken breasts, thawed
2. 1/4 cup wild rice
3. 1/4 cup white rice
4. 1 cup chicken stock
5. 1 teaspoon lemon pepper seasoning
Directions:
1. Mix rice, stock and seasoning in small casserole dish.
2. Lay chicken over top.
3. Cover with foil.
4. Bake in preheated 350F oven for 40 minutes or until chicken is cooked and rice is soft and liquid is gone.
