Ingredients for 4 servings:
1. 1 cup crushed corn flakes
2. 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
3. 1/4 teaspoon pepper
4. 1 egg, beaten
5. 1 teaspoon soy sauce
6. 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
7. 1/2 cup chicken broth
8. 1 tablespoon cornstarch
9. 1/3 cup honey
10. 3 tablespoons lemon juice
11. 1 teaspoon ketchup
12. 1/4 teaspoon garlic salt
13. 2 green onions, cut into small pieces
Directions:
1. Pre heat oven to 450*.
2. Combine corn flakes,ginger, and pepper.
3. Set aside.
4. Combine egg and soy sauce.
5. Place chicken in egg mixture and coat well.
6. Coat chicken well with corn flake mixture.
7. Place on foil-lined pan.
8. Bake for 15 to 20 min.
9. or until no longer pink inside.
10. Meanwhile, combine broth,cornstarch,honey,lemon juice,ketchup, and garlic salt in a small saucepan.
11. Bring to a boil over medium heat and cook, stirring, until thickened.
12. Serve over chicken and garnish with green onions.
