Ingredients for 1 servings:
1. 4 cups flour
2. 1 cup sugar
3. 1 teaspoon baking soda
4. 1 teaspoon baking powder
5. 1 teaspoon salt
6. 1 egg
7. 1/2 cup butter, melted
8. raisins, soaked in warm water and drained
9. 2 cups buttermilk
Directions:
1. Mix together dry ingredients add rest of ingredients except for raisins.
2. Add raisins to mixture.
3. Bake in a preheated oven in a greased cast iron skillet for 50-60 minutes until golden brown.
