Ingredients for 4 servings:
1. 12 dried chili peppers
2. 4 cloves garlic
3. 1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil
4. 1 teaspoon salt
5. 2 teaspoons cumin
Directions:
1. Seed and slice peppers-soak in warm water for 30 min.
2. Drain and squeeze out excess liquid.
3. Place all ingredients in a blender and whirl until smooth.
4. Serve with Moroccan Cigars.
