Ingredients for 10 servings:
1. 1 tablespoon butter
2. 3/4 cup panko breadcrumbs
3. 2 tablespoons dried onion flakes, minced
4. 1/2 teaspoon salt (to taste)
5. 1 1/2 lbs green beans, trimmed, cut
6. 1 lb button mushroom, thinly sliced
Directions:
1. For the crumb topping:.
2. Melt butter over medium-low heat.
3. Add panko bread crumbs, onions and salt.
4. Saute about 6 minutes or until crumbs are slightly toasted.
5. For the green beans and mushrooms:.
6. Steam green beans and mushrooms in pressure cooker according to your directions (3-4 minutes in mine at pressure).
7. Place green beans and mushrooms in serving dish. Top with crumb topping.
