Ingredients for 25 servings:
1. 3 ounces fresh figs
2. 3 ounces heavy cream or 3 ounces softened cream cheese
3. 4 ounces herbed goat cheese
4. 1 egg, beaten
5. 1 ounce raisins
6. 2 ounces pine nuts, toasted
7. 2 tablespoons chives, chopped
8. 25 rinsed and stem removed grape leaves
Directions:
1. Puree figs with cream or [cream cheese with a little milk] in food processor.
2. Transfer to a mixing bowl and whisk in egg and cheese.
3. Fold in raisins, pine nuts and cheese.
4. Wrap a tablespoon of filling in grape leaves.
5. Place in 350 degree oven on a lightly oiled pan and bake until warm, about 15 minutes.
