Ingredients for 4 servings:
1. 1 cup mascarpone
2. 1/4 cup confectioners’ sugar
3. 2 tablespoons cocoa powder
4. 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
5. 2 teaspoons Grand Marnier
6. 1 cup heavy cream, whipped
Directions:
1. Place mascarpone in a large bowl.
2. Sift the sugar, cocoa, and cinnamon over the mascarpone then mix well.
3. Stir in the Grand Marnier and mix until combined.
4. Gently fold in 1/3 of the whipped cream, repeat 1/3 at a time.
5. Spoon into 4 individual serving dishes and chill.
