Ingredients for 4 servings:
1. 4 cups potatoes, cubed,cooked
2. 8 ounces yogurt, plain
3. 1 cup cottage cheese
4. 1/2 teaspoon salt
5. 1/4 teaspoon pepper
6. 1/4 teaspoon dill weed
7. 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients except Cheddar cheese; spoon into a 9 inch baking pan.
2. Top with cheddar cheese.
3. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes.
