Ingredients for 1 servings:
1. 18 1/4 ounces yellow cake mix
2. 1/3 cup butter, softened
3. 3 eggs
4. 1 cup chopped pecans, toasted
5. 1 cup butterscotch chips
6. 1 (14 ounce) can condensed milk
7. 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
2. In a large bowl mix cake mix, butter and 1 egg at medium speed until mixture is crumbly.
3. Press evenly in 13 x 9 pan.
4. Bake for 15 minutes.
5. Remove from oven.
6. Sprinkle with pecan and chips.
7. In a bowl mix condensed milk, 2 eggs and vanilla extract.
8. Pour evenly over chip/nut layer.
9. Bake 25-30 minutes or until center is set.
10. Cool thoroughly.
11. Cut into bars.
12. Store covered at room temperature.
