Ingredients for 4 servings:
1. 6 tablespoons olive oil
2. 3 tablespoons red wine vinegar
3. 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
4. 1/8 teaspoon pepper
5. 1 clove garlic, pressed
6. 2 anchovy fillets, chopped fine
