Ingredients for 6 servings:
1. 6 boneless skinless chicken breasts (approx. 2 pounds)
2. 2 tablespoons melted butter or 2 tablespoons margarine
3. 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese (2 oz.)
4. 1/4 cup dry breadcrumbs
5. 1 teaspoon dried oregano
6. 1 teaspoon parsley flakes
7. 1/4 teaspoon paprika
8. 1/4 teaspoon salt
9. 1/4 teaspoon pepper
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 400°F.
2. Spray 13×9-inch baking pan with no stick cooking spray.
3. Melt butter in a shallow dish. Mix remaining ingredients in another shallow dish.
4. Dip chicken in melted butter or margarine.
5. Then coat chicken with dry ingredients.
6. Place in 13×9-inch baking dish.
7. Bake 20-25 minutes or until juices of chicken run clear.
