Ingredients for 12 servings:
1. 1/2 cup canola oil
2. 1/2 cup brown sugar
3. 1 cup unsweetened applesauce
4. 1 1/2 cups whole wheat flour
5. 1 teaspoon baking soda
6. 1 teaspoon cinnamon
7. 1/2 cup raisins
Directions:
1. Mix in order as listed.
2. Do not over beat.
3. Spoon into greased muffin tins.
4. Bake at 350 degrees for 19 minutes.
