Ingredients for 4 servings:
1. 1/2 lb pasta
2. 1 chopped spring onion
3. 1/2 can tuna
4. 1 tablespoon olive oil
5. 25 ml vinegar
6. 1/2 tablespoon lemon juice
7. 1/2 clove crushed garlic
8. 1/2 teaspoon sugar
9. 3 hard-boiled eggs
10. 2 chopped tomatoes
11. 50 g black olives
12. 1 tablespoon chopped basil
Directions:
1. Cook pasta in boiling, salted water until done.
2. Drain and rinse under cold water.
3. Mix pasta, tuna (drained) and spring onion in bowl.
4. Mix olive oil, vinegar, lemon juice, garlic, and sugar in a cup.
5. Spoon pasta mixture onto a plate.
6. Arrange egg and tomato around the edge.
7. Drizzle on the dressing.
8. Scatter olives and basil over the top.
9. Season.
