Ingredients for 4 servings:
1. 1 (6 ounce) can tuna (I use water packed white tuna)
2. 1/4 cup shredded carrot
3. 1 cup finely chopped celery
4. 1/4 cup chopped green onion
5. 1/4 cup mayonnaise (add more if you like)
6. 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
7. 1 teaspoon light soy sauce
8. 1/4 teaspoon pepper (I use fresh ground)
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients, cover and chill.
2. Serve over your favorite lettuce with a good bread roll or crackers.
