Ingredients:

1/2 Rice Vinegar
1/4 Sugar
2 Plum Sauce
1 Thai Fish Sauce
1 Lime Juice
2 Lemon Juice
1 Tomato Paste
1/2 Garlic
1/2 Serrano Chili
1/2 Sweet Paprika
1/2 Salt
1/2 All-Purpose Flour

Directions:

Combine all ingredients and 1/2 c water in a small saucepan, and bring to a boil.
Reduce heat and simmer for 4 minutes.
Let cool.
Will keep in refrigerator for 3 days.
