1 Red Snapper
2 Cod
3 Green Onions
1 Garlic
3 Soy Sauce
1 Rice Vinegar
1 Ginger
1 Sherry Wine
1/2 Chili Pepper


In a wok brown the fish on all sides with the green onion& garlic.
Combine remaining ingredients and pour over the fish.
Cover& cook on low heat for 20 minutes.
