Ingredients for 1 servings:
1. 1 cup unsweetened pineapple juice
2. 1/4 cup distilled vinegar
3. 1 tablespoon soy sauce
4. 1/3 cup brown sugar
5. 1/4 cup ketchup
6. 2 tablespoons cornstarch
7. 1/4 cup unsweetened pineapple juice or 1/4 cup water
Directions:
1. In a small saucepan, combine the 1 cup pineapple juice, vinegar, soy sauce, sugar and ketchup.
2. Stir over moderate heat until simmering.
3. Dissolve the cornstarch in the 1/4 cup pineapple juice or in water.
4. Stir into sauce; cook until thickened, stirring constantly.
