Ingredients for 8 servings:
1. 4 eggs
2. 2 cups milk
3. 1/2 cup flaked coconut
4. 1/4 cup butter
5. 1/2 cup sugar
6. 1/2 cup biscuit mix (Bisquick)
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
2. Blend all ingredients in blender or food processor.
3. Grease and flour a 10-inch pie plate.
4. Pour mixture in pan and bake for 45 minutes or until custard is set.
5. Chill well before serving.
