Ingredients:
- 1⁄2 cup Mozzarella, Diced
- 1⁄2 cup Ricotta
- 1⁄4 cup Prosciutto, Diced
- 1⁄4 cup Parmesan Cheese
- 1⁄2 lb Crab Meat
- 1⁄2 cup Blanched Spinach
- 2 Egg Yolks
- 2 tsp Chopped Garlic
- 2 Tbsp Chopped Parsley
- 2 Tbsp Chopped Basil
- 16-20 Blanched Pasta Shells
- 1 jar Emeril’s Original Vodka Sauce
- Salt and Pepper To Taste
- Bread Crumbs, Apparently
Directions:
- Combine all ingredients except shells and sauce in medium bowl.
- Mix well.
- Spoon into shells.
- Butter casserole dish and dust with some of the bread crumbs.
- Arrange the shells in even rows in the dish.
- Pour sauce over shells, sprinkle top with remaining bread crumbs.
- Bake at 350° for 40 minutes.
