
Ingredients:
2 Beef Liver
4 Bacon
1/2 Carrot
1/2 Celery
1 Onion
1 Stewed Tomatoes
1 Salt
1/4 Pepper
1 Bay Leaf
Directions:
Place liver in the crock pot, lay bacon slices on top.
Mix remaining ingredients together and pour over top.
Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours.
