Ingredients for 5 servings:
1. 2 lbs beef liver
2. 4 slices bacon, cut in half
3. 1/2 cup sliced carrot
4. 1/2 cup sliced celery
5. 1 small onion, sliced
6. 1 (1 lb) can stewed tomatoes
7. 1 teaspoon salt
8. 1/4 teaspoon pepper
9. 1 small bay leaf
Directions:
1. Place liver in the crock pot, lay bacon slices on top.
2. Mix remaining ingredients together and pour over top.
3. Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours.
