
Ingredients:
1 Hamburger
1 Tomatoes
1/2 Thyme
1 Carrots
1 Fresh Carrots
1 Celery
1/2 Onion
1 Basil
1 Bay Leaf
1 Corn
Potato
Directions:
Brown beef and onion.
Drain.
Combine everything in a large pot and simmer for about an hour.
Good soup to use leftovers in – beans, zucchini, etc. Very good the next day.
