
Ingredients:
1/2 Small Shrimp
1/2 Margarine
1/2 Celery
1/4 Green Onion
2 Tomatoes
1/8 Garlic
1 Rice
Directions:
Cook rice in a separate pan.
Saute green onion and celery.
Add shrimp and garlic; when done add tomatoes.
Place over rice.
