Ingredients for 4 servings:
1. 2 cups cooked rice
2. 1 (14 ounce) can diced tomatoes, with zesty green peppers
3. 1 1/2 teaspoons ground cumin
Directions:
1. Drain Tomatoes and mix with rice.
2. Add Cumin to taste and mix well.
3. Nuke in microwave until all ingredients are at serving temperature.
