• 3/4 c Brown sugar
  • 1 tb Flour
  • 1/2 ts Salt
  • 1 ts Cinnamon
  • 1/4 ts Nutmeg
  • 1/4 ts Allspice
  • 1/4 ts Ginger
  • 1/4 ts Cloves
  • 1 c Pumpkin; canned
  • 1 1/2 c Milk; rich
  • 2 ea Eggs; well beaten

Mix sugar, flour, salt and spices together, add other ingredients. Stir smooth. Fill one 9-inch pie. Bake in 450 F. oven for 10 minutes, reduce to 325 F. for 30 minutes or until firm.
