
- 3/4 c Brown sugar
- 1 tb Flour
- 1/2 ts Salt
- 1 ts Cinnamon
- 1/4 ts Nutmeg
- 1/4 ts Allspice
- 1/4 ts Ginger
- 1/4 ts Cloves
- 1 c Pumpkin; canned
- 1 1/2 c Milk; rich
- 2 ea Eggs; well beaten
Mix sugar, flour, salt and spices together, add other ingredients. Stir smooth. Fill one 9-inch pie. Bake in 450 F. oven for 10 minutes, reduce to 325 F. for 30 minutes or until firm.
