Ingredients for 4 servings:
1. 1 lb beef round steak
2. 2 tablespoons oil
3. 1 cup sliced green pepper
4. 1/4 cup sliced green onion
5. 3 cloves garlic, minced
6. 3/4 cup water
7. 2 tablespoons cornstarch
8. 2 tablespoons soy sauce
Directions:
1. Pound steak to tenderize.
2. Cut in 1/4 inch thick strips.
3. In wok or lg skillet, brown meat in oil.
4. Add peppers, green onions and garlic.
5. Stir-fry for 4-5 minutes.
6. Mix cornstarch, water and soy sauce; add to skillet.
7. Bring to a boil.
8. Cook and stir for 1 minute.
