Ingredients for 6 servings:
1. 3 cups water
2. 1 1/2 cups uncooked long grain rice
3. 1/2 cup butter
4. 1 1/2 cups grated parmesan cheese
5. 1 tablespoon minced fresh parsley
Directions:
1. In a large saucepan, bring water to a boil; stir in rice.
2. Reduce heat to low; cover and cook for 20 minutes or until tender.
3. Meanwhile, in a skillet over medium heat, melt the butter until browned.
4. Place rice in a serving dish and sprinkle with the cheese.
5. Pour butter over rice; cover and let stand for 3 minutes then sprinkle with parsley.
