Ingredients for 4 servings:
1. 4 (4 ounce) boneless skinless chicken breast halves
2. 1/2 teaspoon salt
3. 1/4 teaspoon fresh ground pepper
4. 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
5. 1 tablespoon honey
6. 2 tablespoons chopped fresh basil or 2 teaspoons dried basil
Directions:
1. Preheat broiler and set rack six inches from heat.
2. Sprinkle both sides of chicken with salt and pepper.
3. Spray a broiler pan with cooking spray.
4. Add chicken; broil 5 minutes or until lightly browned.
5. Turn chicken over; broil an additional 6 minutes or until chicken is done through.
6. Meanwhile, in a small saucepan, stir together vinegar, honey and basil and heat through.
7. Remove chicken from broiler and place on serving plates, pour sauce over top.
