Ingredients for 4 servings:
1. 2 tablespoons butter
2. 2 tablespoons brown sugar
3. 2 garlic cloves, minced
4. 1 tablespoon lemon juice
5. 2 teaspoons soy sauce
6. 1/2 teaspoon pepper
7. 1/2 teaspoon minced fresh ginger (or ginger powder)
Directions:
1. In a small saucepan, combine ingredients.
2. Cook and stir until sugar is dissolved.
3. Brush on salmon while grilling.
