Ingredients for 4 servings:
1. 1 lb shortening
2. 5 1/2 cups flour
3. 2 teaspoons salt
4. 1 egg (medium)
5. 1 tablespoon vinegar
6. 1 cup water, Cold
Directions:
1. Beat egg in measuring cup.
2. Add cold water to measure 1 cup.
3. Add 1 tbsp vinegar.

5. Put dry ingredients in processor.
6. Add liquid, about 1/4 cup while processing til mixture forms a lump.
7. Let rest for 30 minutes or more. Make pie crusts as usual.
8. I usually roll out on plastic wrap.
