Ingredients for 1 servings:
1. 1 (26 ounce) can tomato sauce
2. 4 (6 ounce) cans tomato paste
3. 3/4 cup chopped onion
4. 3 pressed garlic cloves
5. 1 teaspoon salt
6. 1 teaspoon oregano
7. 1/4 teaspoon pepper
8. 1 tablespoon chicken bouillon
9. 1/8 cup red wine, approx
Directions:
1. Saute onions and garlic in a splash of olive oil until onions are soft and clear, do not brown.
2. Add remaining ingredients and simmer 15-20 minutes.
3. You may choose to press in another clove of garlic while simmering, depending on your tastes.
