
Ingredients:
2 Pheasants
1 Bok Choy
3 Chinese Cabbage
4 Fresh Ginger
6 Soy Sauce
6 Rice Wine
2 Garlic Cloves
4 Pepper
3 Fermented Black Beans
Directions:
Put Bok Choy and pheasant in a large sauce pan and add enough water to cover.
Add all remaining ingredients and bring to a boil.
Cover and simmer forty minutes or until tender.
