Ingredients:

4 Carrots
1/2 Raisins
1/2 Pineapple Chunk
1 Honey
1 Lime Juice
1/2 Ginger
1 Fresh Basil

Directions:

Grate carrots, and combine in a bowl with raisins, pineapple chunks and basil.
Whisk honey, lime juice and ginger together and mix with other ingredients.
