Ingredients for 6 servings:
1. 1 cup plain low-fat yogurt
2. 1/2 cup low fat cottage cheese
3. 2 tablespoons unsalted margarine
4. 1 clove minced garlic
5. 2 tablespoons chopped green chilies
6. 1 teaspoon chili powder
7. 1/8 teaspoon ground black pepper
Directions:
1. In small bowl, combine all ingredients.
2. Cover and refrigerate about 1 hour.
3. Stir well before serving.
