
- 3 ea Egg whites
- 1/4 ts Cream of tartar
- 1/4 ts Salt
- 1 c Sugar
- 1 ts Vinegar
- 1 ts Water
Beat whites, cream of tartar and salt until stiff but not dry. Add sugar, vinegar and water, beat. Put in Pyrex pie plate, bake one hour very slowly. Fill with fresh fruit, top with whipped cream or file with ice cream.
