
Ingredients:
1 Couscous
2 Lemon Juice
2 Olive Oil
1/3 Green Onion
2 Tomatoes
1 Canned Red Kidney Beans
1 Feta Cheese
1/4 Pine Nuts
2 Oregano
Directions:
Cook couscous in 1 cup of water.
Cool to room temperature.
Whisk together lemon juice and olive oil.
Pour over other ingredients combining well.
Season with fresh pepper.
