Ingredients for 1 servings:
1. 1 1/2 teaspoons ground allspice
2. 1 1/2 teaspoons dried thyme
3. 1 teaspoon curry powder
4. 1 1/2 teaspoons paprika
5. 1 teaspoon sugar
6. 1/2 teaspoon salt
7. 3/4 teaspoon black pepper
8. 1 1/2 teaspoons cayenne pepper
9. 1/4 teaspoon grated nutmeg
10. 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
11. 1/8 teaspoon ground cloves
Directions:
1. Mix together all spices thoroughly and store in an airtight container.
2. To use, rub on chicken, pork, or shrimp 15-20 minutes before grilling.
