Ingredients for 4 servings:
1. 4 chicken breast halves, boneless &,skinless
2. 2 (15 ounce) cans Italian-style diced tomatoes, undrained
3. 1 cup onion, chopped
4. 1 cup carrot, peeled &,sliced
5. 2 tablespoons tomato paste
6. 2 cloves garlic, crushed
7. 1 tablespoon sugar
8. 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes
9. 1/2 teaspoon salt
Directions:
1. Cut chicken into bite size chunks.
2. Combine all ingredients in slow cooker.
3. Stir to mix well.
4. Cover& cook on low setting 6 to 8 hours.
5. Serve over cooked pasta with grated parmesan cheese, if desired.
