Ingredients for 4 servings:
1. 1 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
2. 1 tablespoon fresh ginger, peeled and grated
3. 2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
4. 2 tablespoons hoisin sauce
5. 1 tablespoon low sodium soy sauce
6. 3 garlic cloves, minced
7. 4 boneless skinless chicken breast halves (4 oz. each)
8. cooking spray
Directions:
1. Prepare grill. Combine first 6 ingredients in a large zip-top plastic bag; add chicken to bag. Seal and marinate in refrigerator for 30 minutes. Remove chicken from bag; discard marinade.
2. Place the chicken on grill rack coated with cooking spray, and grill for 5 minutes on each side or until the chicken is done.
