Ingredients for 10 servings:
1. 1 (15 ounce) can red kidney beans
2. 1 (32 ounce) can canned tomatoes, cut up
3. 1 (15 ounce) can great northern beans
4. 1 (15 ounce) can garbanzo beans
5. 1/2 cup water
6. 3 medium onions, chopped
7. 2 medium green peppers, chopped
8. 2 stalks celery, sliced
9. 1 zucchini, halved length,sliced
10. 2 cloves garlic, minced
11. 2 teaspoons dried basil, crushed
12. 1/4 teaspoon pepper
13. 1 bay leaf
Directions:
1. Combine the undrained tomatoes, undrained beans, water, and remaining vegetables and seasonings in a 4-quart Dutch oven.
2. Bring to boil.
3. Reduce the heat; cover and simmer for about 1 hour or until vegs. are tender.
