
Ingredients:
1/2 Quick Oats
1/2 Milk
1 Flour
1/4 Sugar
2 1/2 Baking Powder
1/2 Cinnamon
1/4 Nutmeg
1/4 Butter
1 Egg
1 Banana
Directions:
Combine oats and milk.
Set aside until milk is absorbed.
Add egg, butter, and banana, stir.
Add mixed dry ingredients, stir to moisten.
Fill greased pans.
Bake 425 for 15-20 minutes .
