Ingredients:

1 3/4 Flour
1/2 Sugar
2 Baking Powder
1/4 Baking Soda
1 Ginger
1/2 Cinnamon
1/4 Salt
1 Apples
1/3 Pear
1/4 Milk
1/4 Molasses
1 Egg

Directions:

Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
Place cupcake/muffins papers in muffin pan.
Mix dry ingredients.
Add chopped fruit.
Mix wet ingredients and add to dry.
Mix well.
Spoon into muffin papers until 2/3 full.
Bake for 20 minutes or so.
