Ingredients for 1 servings:
1. 3 eggs
2. 1 cup molasses
3. 1 cup brown sugar
4. 3 1/2 cups flour
5. 1 tablespoon baking soda
6. 1 tablespoon ground cloves
7. 1 tablespoon ground ginger
8. 1/2 lb butter, melted
9. 1 cup hot water
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients in a large bowl and refrigerate until ready to use.
2. Bake in paper lined muffin tins at 350 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes.
3. Batter will keep for 2 weeks in refrigerator.
